Status Quo gaat een reeks live-albums uitbrengen onder de naam ‘Official Archive Series’. De reeks wordt gestart met ‘Live in Amsterdam’, een opname van een concert dat de band in 1982 gaf in de Nederlandse hoofdstad.

‘Live in Amsterdam’ bevat een mix van classic hits favorieten uit het uitgebreide repertoire van Status Quo. De albums in de ‘Official Archive Series’ zijn geremixt en gemasterd door Eike Freese en Laurin Halberstadt in de Chameleon Studios in Hamburg.
