I am currently in Norway, surrounded by the gentle rhythm of nature, where the pulse of time feels different – softer, more fluid. Here, I’ve been sleeping more deeply, more fully, and more restoratively than ever before.

It’s as if my guides have been preparing me for this transmission. Night after night, I’ve felt sleep lift into a whole new realm – an experience that has revealed rest as something far more profound than just sleep.

Better sleep was channeled from a deep inner knowing – a reminder from the guides about the true power of rest.
