Description - Black high neck dress from the late 70s or early 80s. There is sheer lace at the neckline and cuffs. There are sheer balloon sleeves. The bodice and skirt are lined. There are buttons in the back and at the cuffs. The waist has elastic.

Waist - 14" across, stretches to 16.75"

Hips - approximately 20.5" across lining (top layer is much fuller

Length - 37", 16" bodice

Condition - There are some picks in the fabric but I didn't see any that had become a hole. It's just the type of fabric that is prone to this I think.
