Raised tail fin detail on back waistband with double fuzing that hugs and shapes the small of your back beautifully.    
Side seam pockets that don't add bulk.  Slightly cropped at the ankles.  
4 pleats a center front to minimize muffin tops.  

Made from deadstock vintage cotton fabric with a yummy tawny brown checker weave.
