Women receive a livable wage, full benefits, health insurance, and retirement support. SutiSana builds community support for survivors and their children and fosters continuous professional growth, from sewing and design to mentorship. Experienced artisans are trained for administrative roles, moving toward a survivor-led future. SutiSana also invests in breaking the cycle of exploitation by supporting the education of survivors' children and vulnerable youth in at-risk communities.
