Red and white polka dot button up maxi dress from the 90s by Smart Set.  Dress is sleeveless with 10 buttons up the front to close.  Tie at the back to adjust.  Dress is in good vintage condition, a couple marks at the back (see photo) and a small pull in the fabric on the front (see photo).
