Fantastic 1970s trench coat by Arthur Jay! Made of an early Ultra Suede-type fabric in navy blue with wide notched collar, tabs at wrist, pintuck pleats from the bust all the way down the front, and large gold metal dome-shaped buttons. Lined with navy blue satin. Very flattering fit. Matching belt with gold metal buckle. Called a Rovercoat. Very good condition. Size 9 found on belt.
