This sheer high-low circle skirt is made out of black stretch mesh fabric. It has a thin elastic waistband with a belt buckle. The elastic is matte black with a smooth texture and the buckle is shiny silver metal. You can wear the buckle to the side or in the front (photos show two different ways to wear the buckle). The longest part of the skirt is on the opposite side of the buckle.

■SIZE INFO: Find the size chart in the item images. Choose your size based on your waist measurement. This skirt is high-waisted with stretch fabric and an elastic waistband. Size chart shows body measurements, not skirt measurements. The actual skirt waistband will be slightly smaller than your waist and stretch to fit.
