This sheer shiny net skirt has a zig zag hem and comfortable elastic waistband. The fabric has a similar appearance to faux leather. The underwear shown under the skirt is not attached or included.

Size chart shows body measurements, not skirt measurements. The actual skirt waistband will be slightly smaller than your waist and stretch to fit.
