A lovely 80s collared blouse with a ruffle front and structured shoulders. It is made from black silk and features a plastic crystal button at the collar. The long puff sleeves are gathered at the shoulders and have band cuffs. The back has a yoke across the shoulders from which a gathered panel falls. It is lined and fastens up the front with a covered button placket.
