Peak 1980s style...this secretary dress from Papell Petites is reminiscent of something Princess Diana would wear. Midi length with a pleated skirt, blouson style top, short sleeves, and shoulder pads. Pullover style, buttons up the top back only with purple buttons. Fun blue and green geometric design. Only the top is lined. In excellent vintage condition; the only thing to note is that there are a couple of abrasions on the lining inside the top (last photo). Marked size 6, which, based on the below approximate flat lay measurements, seems pretty accurate. When reviewing the measurements, please note the top is blouson style and is designed to be large. The waist is elastic, so I have included measurements stretched and unstretched.
