The Decoy Y-S22 is a super heavy wire, saltwater treble hook designed to tackle the strongest of trophy fish.

The hook uses 2x thick wire, that extrudes into a round bend that tapers smoothly into a hook tip that curves inward for easy hook penetration and secure holding power with its low angle barb design that suppresses resistance during penetration without compromising on holding power.

Each hook shank is welded together by strong brazing to give the Y-S22 its strength.

The hook comes with a smart eye design consisting of an indentation in the wire around the hook eye to make it easy to pass heavy rings through and suppress deterioration of their strength.

The Y-S22 is saltwater ready with highly corrosion-resistant tin plating and aqua block treatment for rust inhibition.
