The DCE Parts BMW F80 F82 F83 M3 M4 Single Mid Pipe is designed for a higher exhaust flow due to a less restrictive nature. It means that the midpipe will increase performance, while also offering a deeper exhaust note. The single midpipe also changes the sound of the BMW F80 F82 F83 M4 by mixing the exhaust pulses in the single midpipe, creating a deeper and more noticeable throatier sound.

The high flow single midpipe's back pressure is significantly reduced and results in a better performance and quicker throttle response due to the turbos spooling faster.
