Al Sultan Sweets Sablé Petits Fours are small French-style sablé butter cookies, each individually decorated with one of seven distinct toppings, presented in a round dark green tin labelled "Sable petit four". The tin holds 600g of cookies. The collection is baked in Istanbul by Al Sultan Sweets, a confectionery house specialising in Oriental and Arabic sweets and pastries, with multiple stores across Turkey and a confectionery academy.

The sablé base — a buttery, lightly sweet shortbread baked to a pale or chocolate-brown colour depending on the variant — is dressed with the following toppings: a chocolate-coated piece with white sugar pearls, a chocolate-coated piece with chocolate sprinkles, a pale sablé with green crushed pistachio, a pale sablé with golden sugar pearls, a pale sablé with white sugar pearls, a chocolate sablé with cocoa nib pieces, and a chocolate sablé with copper-orange sugar pearls. Each cookie sits in its own paper case inside the tin, arranged in concentric rings.

The 600g round tin is a presentation-ready gift size — set out as a guest plate with Turkish or Arabic coffee, opened at family gatherings, given as an Eid or hospitality gift, or sent as a parcel to relatives abroad. The variety of decorations ensures every piece offers a slightly different bite while keeping the same butter-sablé base recipe.
