Unit does not power on. PC boots and loads software. All connecting cables are included. When initially testing, the machine powered on and I was able to press the front On button and the lights on the front all came on. I had to turn it off to remove cables and parts from inside the chamber, and it would not turn back on again after pressing the off button. Initially, there were LEDs visible inside the unit that were on even before pressing the front On button, but after it would not power up, there are no LEDs on inside the unit. Checked all fuses. Not able to test further. The BNC video port on the rear of the unit is dented. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
