OBJ is a military acronym meaning “Objective”.  It is pronounced O-B-J. This framelock model, the “OBJ-2”, is my second "Mid-Tech" folder offering. The OBJ-2 represents my second objective in developing this line of mid-tech folders; that is to create something that embraces my fascination with the mechanical and technical and turns it to art. 

Every component of the OBJ-2 was designed and produced in-house at my new shop in Westcliffe, Colorado. All blades are hand ground, all components are hand matched and deburred and all finishes are hand applied. The locks and detents are hand fit as well.
