Cherry - Raspberry - Pear drops

This organic rose/light red pet nat is so much fun - delicate and light, with notes of cherries, raspberries and pear drops and a cheeky sweetness. Lightly sparkling with no added sulphur, and checking in at just 9.5%, meaning you can go straight back in for another glass - perfect for the festive season.

Domaine le Roc is located in the heart of the Fronton AOC region and its philosophy has remained unchanged for more than 30 years - they aim to work intelligently and with respect for living things, with all vines converted to organic farming. Jean Luc Ribes, a self proclaimed “Bluesman” at night and viticulturist by day, is a pioneer in the way he uses grass, with all the vines under grass since 1981 (in winter, sheep graze the land).
