Backhaul data for the mesh network can be sent via powerline over your home's electrical wiring, so home devices can connect at full AX1800 WiFi 6 speeds. ASUS ZenWiFi AX Hybrid uses HomePlug AV2, with MIMO and beamforming technologies that use special signal techniques to greatly increase the available bandwidth over electrical circuits to 1300 Mbps. That's almost twice as fast as the previous HomePlug standard!*
