High-Powered Head Unit with Advanced Impeller and Gears

Like all of ProCharger's extremely powerful and awesome supercharger kits, this system is built around a highly-efficient P-1SC-1 centrifugal head unit. The P-1SC-1 features one of the most sophisticated and compact supercharger designs in the industry and easily mounts to the front of your F150's 5.0L V8 using a specially-designed bracket. The P-1SC-1 dumps huge amounts of air into your truck's intake manifold through the use of an advanced impeller that's CNC machined from aircraft grade 7075-T6 billet aluminum. The impeller is powered by a set of gears with an extremely high 4.10:1 step-up ratio that helps reduce hesitation and improves responsiveness when you stomp on the throttle. The gears are encased in a 6061 billet aluminum housing that makes the blower extremely durable. The gears can even be upgraded to a set of ProCharger Helical cut gear sets that reduces noise and whine at an additional cost. The P-1SC-1 is entirely self-contained and self-lubricated with a specially-formulated oil and does not require tapping your truck's oil pan for feed or return lines.

Helping improve the P-1SC-1's efficiency and giving your truck as much power and torque as possible, is a ProCharger "Race" intercooler with an advanced and highly-efficient core design that maximizes cooling and allows for higher boost pressures. This lightweight, heavy-duty aluminum intercooler fits right below your truck's factory radiator to get optimum airflow through your truck's lower bumper opening. ProCharger's intercooler is up to 80% efficient and greatly lowers charger temperatures to give your entire supercharger system a boost in power and more power potential with other F150 5.0L performance parts.

This ProCharger P-1SC-1 tuner kit comes with the bare-bone essentials for your truck's heavily-modified 5.0L V8 engine. Each kit comes with a P-1SC-1 centrifugal supercharger head unit, ProCharger air-to-air intercooler, ProFlow bypass valve, mounting bracket, intake upgrade with high-flow air filter, installation hardware, and detailed instructions. The kit bolts right on to the front of your engine and reuses your truck's factory intake manifold, making it much easier to install than competing positive displacement supercharger kits. Each kit comes with a choice of inlet tubing style, with basic kits coming with a simple filter off of the head unit and an inlet tube that routs to the factory air box location as an upgradeable option.
