Leather from LWG (Leather Working Group) certified supplier. The LWG is a non-profit organization started to make responsible leather production and sourcing a reality. In order to be LWG certified, suppliers must implement programs to reduce energy use, minimize wastewater and provide traceability in an effort to impact animal welfare and climate change. Leather was tanned in accordance with REACH standards to insure it's free of chemicals that might be harmful to either humans or the environment.
