Isoflavones + Ashwagandha Menopause Complex  is a dietary supplement that uses a synergistic combination of plant extracts in the form of ashwagandha and red clover rich in isoflavones. The composition has been enriched with zinc and vitamin B6. 

Ashwagandha  supports the body in periods of mental and physical tension. Contributes to emotional balance and well-being. 

Red clover  helps women relieve the symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes, sweating, anxiety, and irritability. It also supports the functioning of the circulatory system. 

Vitamin B6  helps regulate hormonal activity and reduces the feeling of fatigue and weariness. Zinc  helps maintain healthy bones, hair, skin and nails.

Ingredients:  Extract from the ground part of red clover, standardized to 8% isoflavones; ashwagandha root extract standardized to 7% withanolides; cellulose capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; zinc (zinc citrate); BioPerine® - black pepper fruit extract standardized to 95% piperine; vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate).

Recommended daily dose of the product necessary to obtain a beneficial effect of the product:  Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Drink water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule.

Precautions:  Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Product for adults. The product should not be consumed if you are taking sedative, hypnotic or antiepileptic drugs, and should not be used by children, pregnant or lactating women. A diet rich in isoflavones (containing legumes, including soy) does not require supplementation. In women with cancer, use only after consulting a doctor. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to lead a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet.

Storage conditions:  Protect from light. Store in a tightly closed container, at room temperature, in a dry place, out of the reach of small children.
