Vin Vault Cabernet Sauvignon begins with notes of toasted brown spice and black cherry. On the palate, this Cabernet mingles dark fruit flavor with vanilla spice to create rounded tannins, a nice structure and a long, pleasing finish.

Fermentation occurred at warm temperatures on the skins for optimal color, flavor and tannin extraction. After fermentation, the wine was aged with exposure to a unique blend of oaks to preserve the fresh fruit aromas while integrating oak flavors and forming a balanced, complex structure.
