Suitable for box-type manual sandblasting machine and box-type automatic sandblasting machine.It can be used for sand glass, sandblasting, surface polishing, mechanical parts.When the mixture leaves the end of the hose, the nozzle accelerates the air    and abrasive.The taper and length of the nozzle inlet and outlet determine the pattern and speed of the abrasive leaving the nozzle.The composition of the lining material determines its wear resistance.

Operation:

The operator inserts the nozzle gasket into the contractors threaded nozzle holder and screw it into the nozzle, turning it by hand until it rests firmly on the gasket.
After all relevant equipment is properly assembled and tested, the operator points the nozzle to the surface to be cleaned and presses the remote control handle to start spraying.
The operator holds the nozzle 18 to 36 inches from the surface and moves the nozzle smoothly at a rate that produces the desired cleanliness. Each channel should overlap slightly.
Once the orifice exceeds its original size by 1/16 inch, the operator must replace the nozzle.
