The Plant-based Roast is our take on the classic roast and stuffing. It’s perfect for any occasion - whether a family feast, small gathering, or a special Sunday dinner. Made with hearty whole-food ingredients like Canadian Cranberries, Celery, Harvest Herbs, and our Soy-Free Fava Bean Tofu. Accompanied by a mouthwatering Mushroom Gravy, it’s sure to make any celebration more memorable.

The roast must be cooked before serving. Remove the roast from the plastic packaging and place on a parchment lined baking pan. Bake at 350ºF (175ºC) for  45-50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF (75ºC) on an instant read thermometer. For the best taste experience, serve immediately while hot with the Big Mountain Gravy. To heat the gravy, open the gravy package and transfer the contents to a small pot. Heat over low heat, stirring frequently, until the gravy comes to a boil. Thin out with water if desired.

For an even better roast experience, make a glaze of 2 tsp (10 mL) neutral flavored oil and 2 tsp (10 mL) soy sauce or soy sauce substitute of your choice. Brush the roast with the mixture immediately after removing from the oven.
