The baby of Plantation's Extreme Series V, but certainly not when it comes to flavor or likability. Another classic pot-column blend, this was aged for 2 years in ex-bourbon in Barbados, another 10 in Europe, and then another 2 in Ferrand ex-cognac casks. This one comes out at a significantly higher proof than it's 21 year sibling, and the result is not so much heat, but rather a surprisingly desserty bomb of concentrated butterscotch, nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon, coffee, and creme brulee, with a lovely finish of spice, banana, and dark chocolate. Bottled at 58% abv.
