• Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) - This beautiful plant helps to ease occasional discomfort around menses. Balancing and refreshing with a relaxing effect on the body and mind. This plant has a tonifying effect on the nervous system and musculature of the body, including smooth muscles like the uterus.
• Crampbark (Viburnum opulus) - The name says so much, Crampbark offers ease to the muscles of the body and the uterus helping to relieve tension and stagnation. Crampbark soothes and brings relief and flow to the senses and menses.
• Cyperus (Cyperus rotundus) - Cyperus is a form of sedge, an abundant grass with a long history of use. The root of this plant helps to bring balance to the menstrual cycle and hormones of the body.
• Wild Yam (Dioscorea villosa) - Tonic and building, Wild Yam is often used to support a healthy inflammatory response in the body. The root is a wonderful support in soothing constriction of the uterus and helping to bring balance and rhythm to the body and senses.
• Ginger (Zingiber officinale) - Warming, comforting, and deeply aromatic, Ginger root helps to soothe the smooth muscles of the body and direct energy downward. Supports circulation and promotes a healthy inflammatory response.
• Rose (Rosa rugosa) - Rose is synonymous with softening and ease. The fragrant sweet petals of the Rosa rugosa have a meaningful relationship with the reproductive system, the human heart, and the nervous system of the body.

Servings: 30 per 1 ounce bottle.

Serving Size: 20 drops (1ml).

Suggested Use: Add 10-20 drops (.5 - 1ml) to 1 ounce of water 3-5 times/day, as needed, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
