Yirgacheffe coffee is a premium coffee variety from the Yirgacheffe region in southern Ethiopia, one of the most famous coffee-producing areas in the world. It's celebrated for its distinct flavor profile. Common tasting notes include jasmine, citrus (like lemon or lime), and stone fruits (such as peach or apricot). 

Flavor Profile: floral and fruity notes. Offers sweeter, fruitier, and wine-like flavors, often with berry and tropical fruit tones.

Altitude: 1,700 – 2,200 meters.

Coffee grown at higher altitudes tends to be denser and more flavorful, resulting in beans that are ideal for high-quality roasting. This elevation is part of what makes Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee one of the finest and most unique coffees in the world.
