Professional Installation Workflow

• Step 1: Pre-drilling
  Use the included PRO PLUG® PVC Tool. It features a specialized bit and a free-spinning stop collar that ensures every hole is drilled to the exact depth and diameter without damaging the board surface.
• Step 2: Drive with Precision
  Use a standard power drill (strictly avoid impact drivers). Drive the screw until the Auto-Stop™ mechanism engages. You will hear a distinct “pop”, confirming the screw is set at the precise depth.
• Step 3: Secure the Plug
  Insert the color-matched plug. For a seamless look, align the grain of the plug with the TivaDek board's grain. Tap gently with a plastic mallet until flush.
