KSM-66 Ashwagandha® bio extract

from Indian ginseng root                         200 mg

standardized to 5% withanolides               10 mg

How to use:  Recommended daily dose of the product necessary to obtain the beneficial effect of the product: Take 1 capsule a day. Drink water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule.

Storage conditions:  Protect from light. Store in a tightly closed container, at room temperature, in a dry place, out of the reach of small children.
