Condition: Good - fraying near zipper area shown in zipper image, cuffs lightly fraying, small rust colored spot on side leg, light colored stain on opposite leg shown in images (it was tough to make show up in image - I didn't even see it until I went to prepare to photograph), because this is 2% elastic there are areas of stress to elastic around thighs, seat, but I believe this won't be pronounced when worn by someone they fit. These present wonderfully in person. Clean ready to wear.
