This comprehensive installation kit includes everything needed to install a Radium Fuel Surge Tank with a single 39mm fuel pump in a 2006-2009 Honda S2000. The FST surge tank is sold separately — this kit is not designed to work with the Radium MPFST.
The kit utilises Radium's FST-R surge tank (sold separately), which incorporates an integrated fuel pressure regulator designed specifically for the returnless fuel system found in the 06-09 S2000. This eliminates the need for an external FPR. Leaving the FST-R regulator barb disconnected from manifold pressure will emulate OEM fuel pressure if required.
Because the 06-09 S2000 has no low-pressure fuel return hose back to the tank, this kit includes a billet barb adapter that routes excess fuel from the FST back into the main tank via the fuel filler hose. The FST mounts in a hidden, collision-safe area of the trunk behind the left seat using factory threaded bosses — no modifications or drilling required. 100% of trunk space remains usable.
The powder-coated aluminium bracket mounts to existing OEM holes and features three rubber isolation points to reduce fuel pump noise and vibration. Wiring components include flying leads with Raychem solderless butt splices and a weatherproof fuse and relay — no soldering required, assembly takes under 30 minutes.
Four pre-assembled -6AN PTFE hoses are included, cut to length specifically for the 06-09 S2000. PTFE is non-permeable, eliminating fuel vapour smell, and is fully compatible with high-alcohol fuels including E85. Hose ends are anodized aluminium with an inner stainless steel braid covered in black PVC for abrasion and debris protection.
