For sale here is a newly-made Ted Simroe 7'6" 3/2 5wt bamboo rod. Serial no. 863. The rod remains in mint condition.

The rod features straw-colored blonde cane. Transparent mustard colored wraps with bright red tipping. Bright guides. Ring hook keeper. Cigar grip 6" in length with the plastic shrink wrap still in place. Nickel silver cap and ring reel seat over a cork spacer. The Swiss-style ferrules are size 15/64 and 9/64 with an excellent fit. The rod weighs 3.60 oz. The rod has a classic medium action, maybe a bit quicker than most of Ted's rods. A great all around trout rod and one that will travel well!
