High-Flow MDPE10 Pellet Extruder
The MDPE10 extruder outputs up to 10 lbs of thermoplastic material per hour and supports a wide range of polymer types and blends. It offers a nozzle size range of 0.4mm to 6.0mm and operates up to 450°C, enabling both fine-detail and large-bead printing.
Optimized Build Volume
With a ~2.85 cubic meter build volume on a 3 ft x 5 ft heated surface, the MDAC10 provides substantial room for large parts and functional prototypes—while remaining scalable and cost-effective for smaller production environments.
Integrated Material Control
A standard MD Pellet Dryer and MDMCU (Material Conveyance Unit) ensure dry, consistent feedstock flow throughout long prints, helping maintain quality and reduce part variability.
Remote Monitoring System
Includes an onboard camera system for live streaming, remote supervision, and time-lapse capture—useful for documentation and quality control.
Standard Industrial Safety Panels
Ships with a fully enclosed industrial safety panel system to comply with workplace safety regulations and protect personnel in shared environments.
Optional Milling Capability
The MDAC10 can be configured with a secondary toolhead for subtractive operations, offering hybrid manufacturing capabilities for post-processing and surface refinement.
