Designed as an extension of a slip-on mock-style shoe, this loafer is not the traditional active outdoor style, but rather a conservative and slightly dressy loafer-style upper. The suede upper is accentuated with a neoprene liner and taping on the toe box. The sole is made of Vibram traction lugs, which have a new feature attached to them. Traction lugs are functional soles with fine bumps that increase the sole's ground contact area by up to 50% when worn and loaded, thereby firmly capturing the ground and increasing the force to step forward by 25% compared to conventional soles.
