Quercetin is commonly known for it’s limited ability to dissolve in aqueous environments such as the stomach. Lipisperse® Quercetin combines Quercetin in a cold water dispersion technology increasing surface area and allowing the Quercetin to have proper particle dispersion delivering superior absorption without the need for emulsifiers or nanoparticles.
