Giuthas in Gaelic, the ancient Caledonian pine, broad-canopied and deep-rooted, has stood in Scottish forests for thousands of years. In Celtic tradition it is the tree of immortality and the winter solstice, enduring through cold and dark, always green.
There's a moment in nature that calls you back into yourself - the smell of rain on dry earth (petrichor), the grounding energy of a forest, the constancy of plants underfoot. This collection holds that feeling.
