Warranty

The Extreme Q vaporizer comes with a 3 year manufacturer’s warranty, and a lifetime warranty on the heating element (glass parts not included). You will need your device’s serial number to be eligible for warranty work. This can be located on the bottom of the box and the base of the Extreme Q.
