Ace Records has been the go-to source for 1960s US girl group compilations since releasing a number of vinyl compilations in the 1980s. However, after many CD series, the LP is back in popularity as the preferred format for discerning collectors.
'A Good Thing Goin'!', is the latest in Ace's current series of beautifully packaged 12-inchers. The sleek inner sleeve contains a 3,000-word, image-packed song-by-song essay by long-time compiler Mick Patrick.
