Created by custom cabinetmaker, Russell Ooms, each board is one-of-a-kind and signed by the artist. Woods used in composition include red and white oak, cherry, poplar, mahogany, Douglas fir, yellow pine, cedar, hard maple, purple heart, and paduak. A coating of food-grade mineral oil has been applied to each board. Hand wash with warm soap and water after each use. Do not let the board soak or remain in water. Occasional oiling with food-grade mineral oil will preserve the natural beauty of the wood.
