The expected release date for the hello82 Exclusive Version is 08.30.24. However, depending on the shipment process, it could arrive on the release day or take 3-5 business days (after its release) for us to receive this album. Our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing for mail orders on a first-order, first-serve basis.

Depending on the pre-order volume, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected.

ATTENTION: Due to the heavy volume of pre-orders, which started on August 6th, 2024, for pre-orders, here are some guidelines for fulfillment processing. Please read before placing pre-orders so you do not worry about your order. 

(1) Depending on the shipment process, this album could arrive on the day of release or take 3-5 business days (after its release) for us to receive it.

(2) Once we receive the shipment from distributors, we have to inspect the albums.

(3) We will start fulfillment by the order number we received, meaning we will start from the pre-orders submitted on August 6th, 2024.

(4) If you placed a pre-order recently close to the release date, near August 30th, it will take longer than expected due to the heavy volume of pre-orders.

(5) Once we receive the shipment from the distributors, we expect to fulfill all orders within a week or two, depending on the volume of pre-orders (counting only business days). We will fulfill all orders within 7-14 business days of processing time starting from the day we receive all albums from Korea. However, depending on the volume of orders, it could take longer without further notice.

IMPORTANT: If you order any pre-orders with in-stock albums, it will be held until all albums are ready to be shipped or picked up at a specific location you choose.
