An elegant English sparkling wine from the Heppington estate, showing pale straw gold in colour with a fine, delicate mousse. Subtle toast and white flowers lift the nose, while the palate opens softly with notes of stone fruit, white peach, and greengage. The texture is creamy yet precise, finishing long and refined with a delicate lees-aged character.
