The CTS Turbo C8 Audi RS6/RS7 High-Flow CATS were designed to seamlessly fit in place of your restrictive stock catalytic converters, which is situated immediately after the turbocharger.

Designed using the latest in CAD technology; this part is made to fit perfectly in place of your factory downpipes. Manufactured from T304 stainless steel, hand TIG welded and back purged to ensure years of reliable performance.

Substantial power gains, improved exhaust flow and a more throaty sound are the main benefits of installing our high-flow downpipe.

Fitment Details:

Installation notes for vehicles without OPF/GPF:

• Transfer factory O2 sensors and tighten to 30 ft/lbs
• Install supplied OPF/GPF plugs and tighten to 25 ft/lbs
• Tighten downpipe nuts and bolts to 16 ft/lbs

Installation notes for ROW vehicles with OPF/GPF:

• Remove the factory pressure sensors and lines from factory cats
• Connect both ports of the pressure sensor together with the longer factory rubber hose and clamps. Re-install sensors and clip in the harness.
• Install OPF/GFP temperature probes and tighten to 25 ft/lbs
• Transfer factory O2 sensors and tighten to 30 ft/lbs
• Tighten downpipe nuts and bolts to 16 ft/lbs

Stage 2 software tuning is required.
