With every gemstone, we offer the option to build your own jewelry.  Our pricing is extremely competitive, and our work is spectacular.  Here's how the process works:

1) Select a Setting:

Browse through our gallery of popular jewelry settings by clicking here.  You can either select one of our styles, or if you have a design in mind, please have pictures/photos or a link ready.

2) Get a Quote within 6-12 hours:

Please contact us and tell us what you're looking to do.  Make sure to reference this gemstone, and also let us know which setting style that you're interested in having us create.  Give us as much information as you can by including things such as metal (ie Platinum, 18K White or Yellow Gold, etc..), diamond sizes/shapes, and anything else that's relevant to get an accurate quote.  We normally email quotes within 6-12 hours.  

3) Virtual Images:

Once the design is established, we will ask for a deposit and get started in creating virtual images for the jewelry that you've selected.  It generally takes 24-48 hours for us to generate the virtual images, and we give at least 4 different angles of the jewelry.  You can ask for as many revisions as you need.  We start creating the jewelry only once you've approved the virtual images.

4) Production:

Depending on the complexity of the design, our production generally takes 2 to 3 weeks.  For simpler designs such as solitaire rings with no diamonds, production would be 1 week or less.

Shipping And Returns

Shipping

• Items are shipped out within 24-48 hours of purchase.
• The tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it is generated. 
• All packages are fully insured. 
• You must be present at the shipping location in order to receive the package.  Signature is required.

Returns

• We have a 7 Day Return Policy for a full refund.  If you'd like to return your item, please contact us no later than day 7 of receipt and we will give you a return authorization number and shipping instructions.  If we do not hear from you by the 7th day, then the item is not returnable.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Items MUST be returned in original condition.  We will inspect the item thoroughly. 
• Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 days of return receipt.
