Description:
The Bob Dylan bootleg series, which meticulously unearths rare and previously unreleased material and carefully and lovingly edits it, is now in its 13th collection. This is the thirteenth collection in this series, which has contributed to the re-evaluation of Bob Dylan's music. This time, we have compiled the records of the "Gospel Years" from 1979 to 1981, when he converted from Judaism to Born Again Christianity. During this period, they released three controversial albums in quick succession, "Slow Train Coming," "Saved," and "Shot of Love," all of which had a strong religious flavor. Dylan's change from one of the leaders of the rock world left some of his old and devoted fans perplexed, and they found the change unacceptable. Now, nearly 40 years later, we look back at the "gospel era. Why did he sing "I should serve someone" at that time? This is a large-scale project to search for the truth through precious recordings, photos, and documents that have long lain dormant. The deluxe edition will be limited to domestic imports and will include a photo book (portraits, live set list, etc.) and enclosed extras (reproductions of advertisements/posters, etc.). The DVD (with Japanese subtitles) will include rehearsals and previously unreleased live footage from 1980.
