The second album by Help, a three-piece psychedelic rock band formed in California, U.S.A., is now available on CD in paper jacket! (Original release: 1971/Decca Records)This is the second album by the three-piece formed in California in 1970. Co-produced by Val Garay (Linda Ronstadt, Randy Meisner, Shields & Crofts, etc.), the album combines heavy, psychedelic blues rock in a power trio style with catchy vocal harmonies in a West Coast country rock style. After the breakup, drummer Chet McCracken worked as a session musician before becoming an official member of the Doobie Brothers in the 1980s.
