• Standard Scope of Work - Removal of the old toilet and installation of a new like-for-like replacement (floor-mounted or wall-mounted unit of similar size/type). It assumes clear access to the installation area and existing water inlet and drainage outlets without breaking tiles, dismantling walls, or altering plumbing.
• Scope Assessment - The actual scope of work will be confirmed by the technician during the pre-work site inspection before commencing.
• Customer-Supplied Materials - The new toilet unit, flush tank/cistern, seat cover, inlet hose, angle valves, and sealing materials (e.g., wax ring, silicone, gaskets) must be provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
• Access & Approvals - The customer is responsible for ensuring proper site access and arranging any necessary building permits or approvals in advance (if required by property management).
• Limitations & Exclusions - Work involving concealed flush tanks, relocation of plumbing lines, breaking tiles, or modification of drainage outlets is not included in the standard scope. If such modifications are required, a separate quotation will be provided.
• Demonstration of Work - After successful installation, the technician will demonstrate proper functioning of the newly installed toilet (flush operation, water filling, and absence of leaks). Any request or modification beyond this demonstration shall be considered out of scope.
• Additional Work & Payments - Any additional product(s), spare part(s), or service(s) outside of the agreed scope can be availed by making an instant payment by cash or online link.

• Pricing Applicability - Pricing is applicable for the Standard Scope of Work only.
