VW/ Skoda 165mm (6.5 Inch) complete speaker upgrade fitting kit

Provide a full sound upgrade to your Volkswagen or Skoda's front doors with our complete 165mm (6.5 inch) speaker upgrade fitting kit. This kit fits Volkswagen group vehicles including the Golf Mk4, Scirocco and Transporter T6.1 or Seat Leon. 165mm (6.5 Inch) Hi-efficiency Blam 2-way component speakers (BL-165RS)

165mm VW Transporter speaker adapter panels (40-1163-165)

Factory fitted speakers often have a shape that does not conform to the DIN standard. Our Speaker adapter panels are designed to line up with the original mounting holes fit behind the door cards of various VW group vehicles to allow you to change to new improved quality 165mm aftermarket speakers quickly and with little effort. 

These speaker panels are suitable for front doors on select vehicles including Golf Mk4, Scirocco and Transporter T6.1 or Seat Leon.

Specially modified VW speaker adapter cable harness

These custom made speaker adapter cables suit a variety of Volkswagen group cars and van and make fitting new component speakers a breeze. Joined with bullet connections for ease of installation, the pair of cables adapt from the original speaker connection in the door and have enough length to be routed around the door and through trunking to even reach tweeters located in the A pillars.

Protection for your speakers (SOLD SEPERATELY)

The doors on T5 and T6 transporters can get wet inside due to rain getting past the weather strip below the window which then drains from the bottom of the door. To protect the speakers from this moisture we offer optional silicon baffles which create a splash proof seal around the back of the speaker against the outer door skin with the added benefit of reducing interference between sound from the front and rear of the speaker. The 165mm silicone baffles can be found here.
