Sexual Tips and How to Use: We recommend douching 1-2 hours before sexual activity. Ensure your water temperature is lukewarm, never hot. Only use water, no soap or any other cleansing agents. Try to relax, and proceed only as quickly as is comfortable. Always use a generous amount of water-based lubricant on both yourself and the nozzle when inserting. Once the bulb is full and you've attached the flex tip, insert the lubricated tip into the anus and slowly squeeze the bulb to release the water. You may find you do not need to use the entire amount of water. Remove the applicator nozzle, then, when you feel ready, expel the fluid into the toilet. Repeat until the expelled water is clear.
