Botak Belacan v2: Our new version 2 combines Botak Jazz’s signature spiciness with Aaron Wong’s signature smoke-infused cooking oil to take our spicy sambal belacan to the next level! It has a more distinctive smokey wok hei after-taste. The extra smokiness tantalises your taste bud, elevates your dining experience and makes you crave for more.
For those who love mouth-watering wok hei-ness, this version 2 of Botak Belacan is the perfect chilli sauce to add extra oomph to your favourite dishes from meat, seafood to rice and noodles.
Key ingredients: Shrimp paste, Chilli, Lime, Sugar, Salt. Smoke-infused cooking oil.
Important handling instructions
1. Always keep refrigerated.
2. Best consumed within 3 months after opening.
3. Always use a clean and dry spoon to scoop the sauces from the bottle.
4. Because of the smoke-infused cooking oil, mix well before use.
