The Tidal Spiced Rum is infused with Red Dulse, hand collected from Jersey's shores at low tide. Red Dulse brings a wonderful harmony of pepper and sea salt minerality with a distinctive sweetness of dark chocolate that, alongside a careful selection of spices, creates a smooth medley on the nose and palate. This complex spiced rum can be enjoyed neat and with your favourite mixer.

Preparation and Usage: Why not try a Tidal Ginger? 50ml The Tidal Spiced, 15 ml fresh lime juice, Ginger Beer, lime. Fill a high ball or tumbler with ice. Pour over a measure of Tidal Spiced, top with quality ginger beer, add a squeeze of lime and stir briefly. Garnish with a lime wedge.
